Ingredients

  • 1 cup lentils

  • 2 ½ cups water

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 cup bulgur wheat

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Put the lentils and water and salt on a low heat until the lentils are partially soft.

  2. Add the bulgur wheat and leave on a low heat until all the water has been absorbed.

  3. Add the olive oil and mix.
