2 ½ cups water
½ tsp salt
1 cup bulgur wheat
3 tbsp olive oil

Method
Put the lentils and water and salt on a low heat until the lentils are partially soft.
Add the bulgur wheat and leave on a low heat until all the water has been absorbed.
Add the olive oil and mix.
